To propose and introduction strategy according to a market research; 3、Develop, monitor and review the sales channel achievement and know how to support if it vary; 4、Create a promotion plan to meet marketing /customer changeable requirement; 5、 Manage whole processes of order and liaison between the overseas customers and the internal factory; 6、Guide assigned sales office to do well daily management including HR, expenses control; 7、Smart communicate and coordinate with other departments; 8、Finish any tasks delegated from the manager with good quality and timely;
