• Establish and implement business models to the ongoing diversification and revenue growth of product and digital services offering
• Develop, implement and manage an evolving strategy to increase awareness of smart home solution and its market share and corresponding digital services
• Work in close collaboration with the sales and BD manager to identify digital opportunities within the prospective clients
• Create shared Ecosystems (either join or built) to expand the reach and let potential partners apply to open positions for missing IoT service elements
• Close contract negotiation with the Ecosystem-partners and builds up and maintains good relationship with them

• Organize or participate in smart home associations and attend the relevant exhibition to uncover new technology approaches and mix, mingle, form new partnerships
