Work as customer contact window, to liaise with domestic and oversea customers on new product specifiction and quality standard, quality plan and guidline.
与国内外客户就产品说明、质量标准、质量计划和指导书进行沟通
Early product quality involvement and identifying risk evaluation of new product development phase to reduce the quality and reliability risk in mass production,customer side and field.
介入产品前期质量,对产品周期内各阶段进行风险评估,减少在批量生产阶段的质量和可靠性风险。
To initiate standards/methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as electronics or mechanical and develop instructions and forms for recording, evaluating, reporting quality and reliability data.
建立检测、测试、评估的标准和工具,利用电子行业(电子/电气化)知识优化指导书和表格帮助质量可靠性资料的记录、评估和报告
To organize regular quality review meeting on KPIs (i.e. RTY, DPPM, LRR, CoQ, etc.) to facilitate continuous quality improvement.
定期组织质量绩效回顾会议 (i.e. RTY, DPPM, LRR, CoQ, etc.),进行质量持续性优化
To investigate and handle customer quality complaints with 8D on actions driven for potential & formal customer concerns to facilitate the achievement of zero defect supplying. To assist CIP steering group to identify the opportunities on quality/RTY improvement and cost reduction.
调查和处理客户质量投诉,协助进行质量改善和成本控制
Monitor process quality and ensure outgoing quality to reach custumer's quality requirements.
监控过程质量,保证产品质量达到客户要求
Perform other related duties and asisgnments as required.
