Responsibility:
- Develop new businesses prior to the agreed sales strategy while sustaining current business. For this he/she has to establish and maintain contact/CRM with OEM customers including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management.
- Coordinate and to lead the quotation process, to prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according company decision.
- Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc.
- Provide timely communication to OEM customers and related purchase, engineering, project departments when changes occur which effect customer’s product or business.
- Ensure all activities are in accordance to the Global Strategy of Global Key Account Management, and also align with China business development strategy.
Requirement:
- Bachlor Degree or above, business administration or engineering background
- Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English ; familiar with German is a plus.
- At least 2 years work experience on relative position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software.
- Good market knowledge, entrepreneurial and analytical working and ability to cooperate with an international team.
