- Deployment of Management Development tools for I&Cs such as annual appraisals, people review, career discussion, IDP ….
- Coordinate internal mobility process in the site and between the sites within China.
- Manage people promotion process
- Participate organization change and manage organization chart
- Lead and coordinate recruitment activities; Manage some recruitment directly (for supervisors and second line managers positions, new activities etc)
- Lead monthly people review in the site, understand people situation, and anticipate people movement and turnover.
- Is in charge of I&Cs turn-over follow-up, identify causes and propose corrective action plans
- Collect C&B market data, participate market survey and conduct analysis.
- Is in charge of campus relation, including projects, internship, campus fair etc.
- Support on building up HR policies, C&B programs.
- Manage labour issues
- Be in charge of some specific HR projects from time to time.
- Coaching department managers on HR aspects.
- Fulfil tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.
